END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read the contents of this license carefully before you install any NEONHEAD products. This agreement defines your rights as a user of the products.
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between the licensee (you), and NEONHEAD.
The purchase of one NEONHEAD license grants up to two users, of a single organization, the right to use a copy of the product. Copies can be made only for archival purposes. This software is copyrighted and contains intellectual property information protected by law. Any breach of the terms of this agreement shall be cause for termination. If one is found to be using the provided fonts illegally, legal action will be undertaken.
You are licensed to use the products in personal and commercial work. You can use it as many times as you want.
You are NOT allowed to reproduce, sell, transfer, license, give away or otherwise distribute NEONHEAD products in any form.
NEONHEAD do not take any responsibility for damage caused to a user’s hardware, software, or loss of income that may have occurred as a result of receiving, downloading, installing and using provided products.
Standard Font License
The standard font license allows font files to be used in:
– Desktop
– Webfont
Extended Font License
The extended font license allows font files to be used in:
– Desktop
– Webfont
– App
– E-Book
– Broadcasting
